This two-day, elective course covers how important it is for the Federal Government to continually find new ways to operate effectively in the face of emergencies. In particular, the acquisition of goods and services must be defined and administered to ensure oversight and mitigate fraud. We know that bringing the private sector into relief and reconstruction efforts is critical to ensuring quick, high-quality responses in emergency situations.
