BMRA's Contracting Officer Technical Representatives/ Contracting Officer Representatives (COTR/COR) course fully meets the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Certification Program (FAC-COTR) for COTRs issued by the Office of Procurement Policy (OFPP) on November 26, 2007. BMRA's competency-based training includes the COTR key professional business and technical competencies as set forth in the FAC-COTR memorandum.
